The Solution Architect plays a critical role on the Entando Sales team, working directly with existing and potential clients to define solutions that meet key business needs.

The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-native application stacks and proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, including Java, React/Angular, web architectures, UX design principles, database technologies, cloud environments, containers, microservices, agile and DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD practices.

Strong communication and people skills are essential, as this role requires interaction with both business and technical teams. The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering technical demonstrations of applications based on the Entando platform as part of pre-sales activities with the Sales team.

Level of expertise.

5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or senior developer role.

Requirements.

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale web applications
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading brainstorming sessions to develop solutions for business needs or challenges
• Ability to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in existing systems
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
• Working knowledge of Linux
• Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, and/or Angular
• Experience with back-end technologies: Spring, Spring Boot, and Quarkus
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or other RDBMS)
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) concepts
• Understanding of Micro Frontend Architecture Style
• Understanding of Microservice Architecture Style.

We’ll be especially impressed if you have:

• Experience working directly with clients in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
• Experience with digital transformation and/or cloud migration projects.
