EOSL Policy - End of Service Life
Entando subscriptions offer enterprise-grade support through two defined phases: premium and extended support. The premium support phase spans three years following the release of a specific major version. Afterward, customers have the option to acquire extended support for an additional three years.
Premium Support Phase
Throughout the Premium Support Phase, a designated version of Entando receives support for three (3) years following its First Ship Date. During this phase, customers will receive:
- Access to Software Update Repository: customers can utilize the Entando software repository to access bug fixes, security patches, service packs, and version updates.
- Security Assurance: Entando delivers security alerts and patches, guaranteeing customers access to the latest security features.
- Production Support: customers also have access to phone, web, and email support for bug fixes and configuration inquiries in both production and development environments.
- Developer Support: Entando will also offer developer support for intricate inquiries unrelated to bug-fix matters.
Extended Support Phase
After three years from the release of a product version, Entando support transitions to an End of Service Life period. During this time, customers have the option to acquire Extended Support for up to an additional three (3) years. Throughout this phase, customers will receive:
- Access to Software Update Repository: Entando grants access to a repository containing bug fixes, security patches, updates, and service packs for customers.
- Security Assurance: security alerts and security updates.
- Limited Production Support: Entando Support will guide customers to existing fix packs, workarounds, and consolidated service packs accessible in the customer knowledge base, or advise customers to upgrade to a newer version/release of the product.

Kubernetes Support
The Kubernetes project issues a new version every six months, with each release receiving patch support for a year. To maintain support for active Kubernetes releases, Entando officially supports the three most recent versions. Support for each Kubernetes release ends three months after the official Kubernetes End of Life date, allowing our customers and partners ample time to upgrade their Kubernetes version.
