Entando EOSL Policy
Entando subscriptions provide enterprise-grade support within two distinct phases defined as the premium and the extended support phases. The initial phase of support is for 3 years after the release of a specific major version, after which, customers are able to purchase extended support for up to 3 additional years.
Premium Support Phase
During the Premium Support Phase a specific version of Entando is supported for (3) years after its First Ship Date. During the Premium Support Phase, customers will be provided:
Extended Support Phase
Three years after a product version is released, Entando support enters an End Of Service Life period during which customers can purchase Extended Support for up to three (3) additional years. During this phase, customers will be provided:
Product Support Lifecycle (last updated May 2023)
Products and specific product versions can reach the end of their life cycle for a number of reasons. Those reasons include product shifts due to shifting market demands, technology innovations that drive changes in the product, or products maturing over time and being replaced by functionally superior technologies.
The following table describes the phases of the Entando Product Support Lifecycle for various Entando versions including corresponding dates for transitioning to the subsequent support phases.
Kubernetes Support
The Kubernetes project releases a new version every six months and each release receives patch support for a year. To continually support the active Kubernetes supported releases, Entando officially supports the three active releases. Entando support ends for each Kubernetes release three months after the official Kubernetes End of Life date to give our customers and partners time to upgrade their Kubernetes version.
